excellent and favourable location, a few steps away from centro thaibenessere. 25 minutes walk of the city center. beds were comfortable, everything was perfectly fine.

Brilliant base for weekend. Easy check-in. I was offered ironing without charge. Could use multi-channel television, a dining area and a seating area, admired views of garden. There was a bath in the bathroom, it was excellent, btw.

Everything was great, we spent here 2 wonderful nights. Marvellous, stunning setting very close to the lake and the center. Had a private safe, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven, that worked great for us.

Nicely furnished, warm room with a sofa bed and balcony, for example, top location. I appreciated the staff, they're outstandingly accommodating. Personal assistance and service were HELPFUL too. This apartment had a nice garden.

Perfectly comfortable location, charming apartment, tidy and tidy room with a sofa bed. Staff are superbly friendly, this made our trip to Lugano an fab experience. Well equipped with a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge as we needed. The venue is housed in a new building.

A nice view from the window. You should definitely visit La Locanda di Emilio right by the venue and try their meals. There was free parking included❤
